First, a note about the photos within the recipes: This food blog began as part of my all-purpose blog, just the occasional recipe posted amongst all the other things I had to say. I never really intended to create a food blog (in fact, swore I never would), so many of the recipes do not contain photos of the actual food being talked about.
It never occured to me to take photos of the food, let alone photos of the various steps in the recipe; mainly I was just sharing recipes with friends the way people have for generations on index cards, I was just doing it in a more high-tech way.
Looking at all the amazing food blogs currently being produced, I know this one seems pretty lackluster, and maybe I should have anticipated that, but I did not. Now, onto the things I did have the foresight to photograph.
